International Leadership Coaching

International Leadership Coaching is based on an initial diagnosis in the form of 360° interviews in the country of the parent company (which determines career advancement) and the countries concerned. It focuses on the behavioural and communication elements “to be improved” from the company's point of view. Our experts mentor the coached collaborator in international management and direct management situations. Together they analyse the diagnostic and outline the ILC objectives. New behavioural and communication elements will be established and implemented and will be adapted to the needs of each culture and of the key individuals in the professional relationships of the person receiving coaching until the desired level of efficiency and performance is achieved.
Our international coaches create a special relationship and continually keep an external look on the ambitions and actions of those receiving coaching.

We establish a contract with our clients which clearly outlines professional and personal objectives and our suggested ILC process as well as the number of hours put in. Our objective is to provide maximum support to make the manager autonomous and efficient in the shortest possible timeframe.

SAM International offers the diagnosis and an (initial) undertaking with the person receiving coaching with a long-lasting effect for a total of 20-30 hours, an approximate duration of 6 months.
