Coaching is the close mentoring of a person or a team in order to achieve defined and accepted objectives on both sides.

Our international coaches create a special relationship and continually keep an external look on the ambitions and actions of those receiving coaching.

We establish a contract with our clients which clearly outlines professional and personal objectives as well as the number of hours put in. Our objective is to provide maximum support to make the manager autonomous and efficient in the shortest possible timeframe.

SAM International offers coaching chequebooks of 10, 20, 50 and 100 hours which can be used flexibly by one or several collaborators from the same company provided that they have received appropriate SAM International training beforehand.
